D&V Creative Services was established with a mission to help companies and associations create and produce exceptional meetings and events.
Together, Duffy, Johnathan, and Stephen's years of experiences, lessons learned, and developed skills are at the core of what D&V Creative Services delivers.
Duffy began his career as a radio announcer while simultaneously creating lighting designs for theatre, television, and houses of worship. He went on from there to spend over 12 years with Sony Electronics followed by 13 years as an executive with InfoComm International (now AVIXA), an international trade association for the professional Audio-Visual industry.
Over his career he has participated in hundreds of live events serving roles as Producer, Project Manager and Scenic Designer in meetings and conferences ranging from 25 attendees to 25,000.
Johnathan is a live event specialist with over 16 years experience in the audio visual industry. He has held a wide variety of positions in Technical Direction and also responsibilities as VP of Operations in multiple production companies including SWANK, PSAV, IEM, and ETS. This has allowed Johnathan the opportunity to produce events for a broad range of clientele including corporate, healthcare, association, and government entities.
As the AV industry continues to advance and innovate Johnathan is passionate about learning and has earned multiple certifications with associations and manufacturers. He also teaches classes for both meeting planners and technicians alike.
With over 15 years of experience bringing events to life, Stephen's career is built on a foundation of technical excellence and a passion for creating unforgettable moments. He began his journey as an audio engineer in a theater and studio in northern Utah, where he learned the particulars of the art and science of sound. After getting a feel for studio and live sound, he moved to Chicago to work in concerts, private parties, and corporate events. For the past eight years, Stephen has functioned as a Technical Director and Project Manager, guiding the planning and execution of conventions, summit meetings, and expos for corporate, medical associations.
What truly drives Stephen is the process of turning a creative vision into a seamless reality. He excels at managing the complex technical details so that clients can focus on their guests and attendees, confident that the event will not only run smoothly but will also create a genuine connection with everyone in attendance. His thoughtful approach ensures every event is an immersive and captivating experience from start to finish.
